How to wake up earlier?
Most people do need about 8 hours of sleep every day, which makes our whole life exactly 1/3 based on sleep. That can be a little disappointing because another 8 hours we have to spend in our full-time job. So how to wake up earlier and save some of that time?
If our body is active and healthy we can reduce that 8 hours of sleep to 7 or even sometimes 6, but do that you will need to get into shape, like doing jogging or bouldering, for girls we highly recommend doing the squats. If you are already active and do a lot of sports then you should try to do a special type of nap called “power naps” which can give you a lot of energy if you feel sleepy. That way you will have to at least 2 times per day go to your bed but your overall sleep time will drastically reduce.
You should also take care of your bed to make your sleep comfortable. That will make you well-rested quicker, but also note that waking up earlier isn’t necessary for everyone if it’s good for you to stay awake late in the night then don’t change it!
