How to wake up earlier?
Most people do need about 8 hours of sleep every day, which makes our whole life exactly 1/3 based on sleep. That can be a little disappointing because another 8 hours we have to spend in our full-time job. So how to wake up earlier and save some of that time?
If our body is active and healthy we can reduce that 8 hours of sleep to 7 or even sometimes 6, but do that you will need to get into shape, like doing jogging or bouldering, for girls we highly recommend doing the squats.
