  • Hanging out more with your friends

There are many great ways but focus on those who will force you to spend time with other people. If you want it to be less stressful then think about things that you are good at, things that will able you to impress other people.

Try to remember things that you are good at, maybe some of your skills, for example, things that you have learned while you were younger like singing, dancing

, playing an instrument, or anything else that you can show off a bit. Those things can be used to impress others when the right time comes, like for example a wild meeting with friends camping.
